Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded (or use 4 5-ounce cans like Wild Planet)
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or plant-based alternative
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried dill (or 1 Tbsp fresh, chopped)
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Mix it up: In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well blended.
- Serve or store: Enjoy immediately, or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
