Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bites

These no-bake peanut butter protein balls are the perfect grab-and-go snack! Packed with wholesome ingredients like oats, peanut butter powder, and your favorite protein powder, they offer a delicious balance of energy and nutrition. Naturally sweetened and super easy to make, they’re great for post-workout fuel, a midday pick-me-up, or even a healthy treat for kids. Keep a batch in the fridge or freezer for convenient snacking anytime!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup powdered peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly. If the mixture is too dry, add 1–2 teaspoons of water until it holds together like dough.
  2. Roll the mixture into balls about 1 to 1½ inches in diameter.
  3. Arrange the balls on a wax paper-lined baking sheet or large plate.
  4. Refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.
  5. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge or freezer.
