Turkey Caesar Avocado Wrap

This Turkey Caesar Avocado wrap is everything you want in a quick lunch—fresh, creamy, and perfectly balanced. In just minutes, layer your ingredients on a tortilla, give it a quick toast in the skillet, and enjoy a warm, crisp wrap with your favorite veggies on the side.

Ingredients

  • 1 tortilla, burrito-sized (we use whole wheat carb-smart tortillas)
  • 1/4 avocado, mashed
  • 3 oz sliced turkey breast
  • 1 oz provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Caesar dressing

Instructions

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
2. Layer mashed avocado, turkey, cheese, tomato, spinach, red onion, and Caesar dressing on the tortilla.
3. Take one edge of the tortilla and fold it over to the center, turn the wrap clockwise, then fold in another edge. Continue turning and folding the wrap 4 more times until the contents are completely sealed inside the tortilla.
4. Place the wrap, seal side down, on the skillet. Apply pressure on top of the wrap with a spatula for a minute, allowing the tortilla to brown. After a minute or two, flip the wrap and allow it to brown on both sides.
5. Remove from heat and enjoy!
