Banana Bread Protein Bites

These Banana Bread Protein Bites are the perfect blend of wholesome and satisfying. Made with ripe bananas, oats, nut butter, and a boost of protein powder, they capture the comforting flavor of banana bread in a convenient, no-bake bite-sized snack. Perfect for busy mornings, post-workout fuel, or a healthy treat on the go.

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk the oats, flaxseed, protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt together.
  2. Add the mashed bananas, peanut butter, and honey. Gently mixed together with a rubber spatula.
  3. Cover the bowl and allow to chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
  4. After one hour in the fridge, remove the bowl from the fridge and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Portion the mixture into 2 tablespoons-sized balls and roll between your hands. Place the balls on the parchment paper.
  6. Once all the dough is formed into balls, place the pan in the fridge to chill for another hour.
  7. Remove the pan from the fridge and move the protein bites into a sealed container. Keep chilled in the fridge until ready to eat, up to 1 week.
