Banana Bread Protein Bites
These Banana Bread Protein Bites are the perfect blend of wholesome and satisfying. Made with ripe bananas, oats, nut butter, and a boost of protein powder, they capture the comforting flavor of banana bread in a convenient, no-bake bite-sized snack. Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cups ground flaxseed
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp raw honey
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk the oats, flaxseed, protein powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt together.
- Add the mashed bananas, peanut butter, and honey. Gently mixed together with a rubber spatula.
- Cover the bowl and allow to chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
- After one hour in the fridge, remove the bowl from the fridge and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Portion the mixture into 2 tablespoons-sized balls and roll between your hands. Place the balls on the parchment paper.
- Once all the dough is formed into balls, place the pan in the fridge to chill for another hour.
- Remove the pan from the fridge and move the protein bites into a sealed container. Keep chilled in the fridge until ready to eat, up to 1 week.
