Peanut Butter and Dark Chocolate Apple Slices

Incredibly easy to whip up and absolutely delicious, this recipe is the perfect snack or sweet treat to enjoy anytime!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Apple (sliced into wedges)
  • 1 1/2 tbsp All Natural Peanut Butter

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a small microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 10 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
  2. Place the apple slices on a plate and drizzle with melted chocolate and peanut butter. If your peanut butter is a little thick, you can also melt it in the microwave before drizzling over the apple slices. Transfer to the fridge to let the chocolate harden a little, about 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!
