Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bites

Ingredients
- 1 cup of natural peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
- 1 cup of sprouted oats
- 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup of almond milk
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cacao nibs (or chocolate chips)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients except the cacao nibs together in a medium-sized bowl. Once a thick dough forms, add the cacao nibs.
- Use a tablespoon to portion the protein balls into 22-24 bite-sized balls. Store in the fridge until ready to eat.
