Maple Tahini Bars

Think blondies – but better for hormone health! These bars are a rich, fudgy treat that comes together in less than 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3 Bananas (ripe, mashed)
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1/3 cup Tahini
  • 1 1/2 cups Oat Flour
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium sized bowl, whisk together all ingredients until smooth. You can reserve some chocolate chips for topping, if desired.
  3. Pour the batter into the 8×8 pan and top with reserved chocolate chips.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes and cool completely before slicing into 16 pieces and serving.
