Açaí Bowl

Ingredients
- 100 gram unsweetened Açaí, like Sambazon
- 2 ounces of plain, unsweetened almond milk, plus more as needed
- 1-2 scoops vanilla protein powder
Toppings
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter, prepared
Instructions
- Combine the Açaí, almondmilk, and protein powder in a high-powdered blender.
- Blend on high until smooth. Add 1-2 more ounces of almondmilk if a thinner consistency is desired.
- Scoop into a medium-sized bowl and add toppings. Enjoy!

Best consumed fresh, does not refreeze or refrigerate well.
