Peanut Butter Protein Balls

These Peanut Butter Protein Bites are the perfect no-bake snack to fuel your day! Made with powdered peanut butter, protein powder, oats, and just a touch of honey, they deliver a satisfying boost of protein without added fuss. A pinch of cinnamon and sea salt brings cozy, crave-worthy flavor, while dark chocolate chips add the perfect hint of indulgence. Wholesome, portable, and ready in minutes—these bites are ideal for pre-workout energy, afternoon slumps, or a healthy treat on the go.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered peanut butter (Like PBFit)
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder or unflavored collagen powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup quick oats (we prefer Farmers We Know)
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/3 dark chocolate chips (Like Guittard)
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the powdered peanut butter, protein powder, and almond milk. Mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in the oats, honey, chocolate chips, cinnamon, and sea salt. The mixture should form a sticky dough.
  3. Wet your hands, then portion the dough and roll into balls around 1.5 tbsp each. Place on a baking sheet or plate.
  4. Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes, then store in a sealed container in the fridge until ready to eat.
