Peanut Butter Protein Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup powdered peanut butter (Like PBFit)
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder or unflavored collagen powder
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup quick oats (we prefer Farmers We Know)
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1/3 dark chocolate chips (Like Guittard)
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the powdered peanut butter, protein powder, and almond milk. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the oats, honey, chocolate chips, cinnamon, and sea salt. The mixture should form a sticky dough.
- Wet your hands, then portion the dough and roll into balls around 1.5 tbsp each. Place on a baking sheet or plate.
- Chill in the freezer for 30 minutes, then store in a sealed container in the fridge until ready to eat.
