Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bites

Don’t let the simplicity of this recipe fool you – these protein balls are amazing! They’re super easy to make, and you’ll have a tasty, chocolatey treat ready to go all week long. Indulgent yet packed with protein, they’re the perfect snack to satisfy your cravings and fuel your body!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of natural peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
  • 1 cup of sprouted oats
  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder
  • 1/4 cup of almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons cacao nibs (or chocolate chips)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the cacao nibs together in a medium-sized bowl. Once a thick dough forms, add the cacao nibs. 
  2. Use a tablespoon to portion the protein balls into 22-24 bite-sized balls. Store in the fridge until ready to eat.
