Before I became immersed in the world of nutrition, wellness was already a way of life—thanks to my grandmother. She believed in the power of food as medicine. She also believed in using nature’s gifts to heal and nourish us. From homegrown herbs and homemade meals to old-fashioned remedies, she taught me a lot. She taught me that true health isn’t just about what’s on your plate. Additionally, it’s about balance, intuition, and the way we care for our bodies, minds, and spirits.
Therefore, inspired by her wisdom, I combined holistic healing with functional nutrition to help women reclaim their energy, balance their hormones, and find their inner calm. With a blend of science-backed strategies and timeless traditions, I’ll help you reconnect with your body, find your inner confidence and vitality and nourish your soul—just as nature intended so Schedule your first call today.
My background is as diverse as the women I support. I blend nutrition science, functional medicine, and mind-body practices to therefore help you feel your best—inside and out. As a Registered Dietitian, Functional Nutritionist, Mind-Body Wellness Expert and Certified Yoga Instructor, I take a holistic, trauma-informed approach. I therefore combine breathwork, movement, and mindful eating in addition to sustainable, science-backed strategies for hormonal balance, gut health, metabolism, and longevity. My commitment to my clients runs deep—Specifically, I’m passionate about creating real, lasting change through personalized care that fits your unique lifestyle and goals.
In sum, my focuses include women’s health throughout the reproductive life cycle—specifically, hormonal imbalances, PCOS, perimenopause, fertility, gut health, weight loss, metabolic health, and longevity. I also enjoy working in pediatrics and support parents in nourishing their children. Further, I hold a Master’s degree from Stony Brook University, a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science from Long Island University at CW Post, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Stony Brook University. In addition to being a Registered Dietitian (RDN), I am also a certified yoga instructor (RYT-200), an Integrated and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner (IFNCP), and Certified Mindful Eating Specialist.
