We Accept:

Alisse Larkin, RD for Body to Soul Health

Alisse Larkin, RD, CLC

Alisse is a Registered Dietitian and Functional Nutritionist at Body to Soul Health. She is dedicated to helping women find their inner calm through holistic, personalized care. Her journey into functional nutrition began under the mentorship of Jennifer Nicole Bianchini. This is where she deepened her expertise while earning her degree in dietetics. In addition, she  completed rigorous internships and obtained her RD license. Rooted in the Find Your C.A.L.M. approach, Alisse not only transformed her own health but is now committed to empowering others to do the same.

She specializes in supporting women through every stage of life. Alisse has a strong focus on fertility, pregnancy, postpartum care, and lactation. Furthermore, as a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), she provides expert guidance for new and expecting mothers, offering lactation support and comprehensive nutrition plans to ensure a strong foundation for both mother and baby. Her expertise also extends to gut health and hormonal imbalances. These include PCOS, endometriosis, and infertility, helping women restore balance and optimize their well-being.

Alisse enjoys working with children, teens, and their families to build supportive, sustainable nutrition habits. She understands that feeding kids can feel overwhelming, especially when navigating picky eating, digestive concerns, or conflicting nutrition advice online. Alisse works collaboratively with both parents and children to create realistic strategies that support growth, development, and a positive relationship with food. Her approach focuses on curiosity, flexibility, and helping families feel more confident around mealtimes.

With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, Alisse takes a compassionate, evidence-based approach to healing. She creates personalized plans that support hormone balance, gut health, and stress reduction. As a result, her mission is to provide women with the tools and knowledge to nourish themselves fully, embrace balance, and live with vitality at every stage of life.

Cassandra Pedersen, RD

As a registered dietitian with a functional and holistic approach, I believe true healing begins when we address the body as a whole—mind, body, and spirit. My passion lies in helping clients reconnect with their bodies and restore balance from the inside out.

I specialize in women’s health, eating disorders, disordered eating,  dysautonomia, and weight management, working closely with clients to uncover the root causes of imbalances rather than simply managing symptoms. Through personalized nutrition strategies, lifestyle support, and deep listening, I help guide clients toward sustainable wellness and self-trust.

My own journey through multiple complex medical conditions—without answers or guidance—forced me to dig deep, research, and ultimately learn how to heal the body through functional medicine. That experience is what led me here: to ensure no one else has to go through it alone. I understand how isolating and overwhelming it can feel, and I’m here to walk beside you every step of the way.

Whether you’re facing metabolic challenges, hormonal shifts, chronic stress, nervous system dysregulation, body image struggles, or feel disconnected from your health, my mission is to offer personalized care, evidence-based tools, and unwavering support to help you heal, reconnect, and truly thrive—mind, body, and soul.

Chelsea

Chelsea Couceiro, RD

I am a registered dietitian with over thirteen years of experience in nutrition counseling, specializing  in functional, whole-person care. My approach recognizes that lasting health is not created through food alone, but through the integration of body, mind, and soul. Nutrition, nervous system regulation, movement, emotional well-being, and personal beliefs are deeply connected- and meaningful change happens when all are addressed together.

I specialize in women’s health  with a focus on fertility, hormone regulation, pregnancy, breastfeeding, postpartum care, and I also specialize in pediatrics. My experience includes supporting individuals with conditions such as PCOS, infertility, metabolic syndrome, diabetes, renal disease, and bariatric surgery, using a nonjudgmental, whole person, progress-focused approach.

As a mother of two, my personal journey with fertility profoundly shaped my understanding of health. Through that experience, I witnessed the power of what we consume- not only through food, but through our environment, media, self-talk, and daily habits. By making intentional changes across these areas, I experienced improved health and ultimately went on to conceive and grow my family. This perspective allows me to deeply empathize with clients who are giving so much to others while often putting themselves last.

I’m especially passionate about helping children and families build a positive relationship with food early in life. Whether your child is a picky eater, struggling with digestive concerns, or navigating nutrition needs for growth and development, I work with parents and kids together to create practical, supportive strategies that fit into real family life.

I work collaboratively with clients to create personalized, sustainable systems that support long-term change. This includes moving away from restrictive “good versus bad” food rules, addressing limiting beliefs, and reconnecting with the body’s innate signals. My counseling style is open-minded, nonjudgmental, and supportive, with an emphasis on progress over perfection. My goal is to help clients feel more energized, supported, and connected to their bodies and their lives through nourishment, movement, and aligned living.
