Functional Registered Dietitian · Nervous System Coach · Mind-Body Wellness Expert
Founder & CEO of Body to Soul Health and creator of The CALM Method, Jennifer Nicole brings food as medicine, nervous system wisdom, and body-to-soul wellness into the rooms where women live, lead, work, and rise.
Known as The Vibrational Dietitian, Jennifer Nicole bridges the science of the body with the wisdom of the nervous system and the deeper work of reconnection.

Jennifer Nicole Bianchini, MS, RDN, IFNCP, RYT, is a functional Registered Dietitian, mind-body wellness expert, yoga teacher, and Founder & CEO of Body to Soul Health — an integrative nutrition practice rooted in functional nutrition, nervous system support, mindful eating, and whole-person care.
With 20 years of experience spanning clinical nutrition, yoga, life coaching, and mind-body wellness, Jennifer recognized that these disciplines are most powerful when integrated rather than practiced in isolation.
When she founded Body to Soul Health, she brought these elements together into one cohesive approach to whole-person well-being — honoring the connection between physical health, emotional wellness, the mind, and our deeper sense of self.
Her work is guided by the Body to Soul philosophy — Cellular. Mind. Soulular. — the body as our physical foundation, the mind as our bridge, and the soul as our deeper connection: from the cellular to the soulular.
Over two decades, Jennifer Nicole’s career has spanned high-acuity clinical nutrition, corporate healthcare, national sales and education, wellness program development, entrepreneurship, and team leadership. She began her career supporting infants, children, and families in neonatal and pediatric intensive-care settings before expanding into healthcare leadership, business development, and large-scale wellness education.
Jennifer Nicole has been featured by more than 40 national media outlets and brands. Her experience also includes brand partnerships, corporate wellness collaborations, employee education, speaking, campaign development, and health programming created for consumer, workplace, and community audiences.
Her work bridges clinical nutrition, food as medicine, nervous system regulation, movement, yoga, mindfulness, somatic practices and breathwork — and the deeper mind-body patterns that shape how people eat, feel, lead, and live.
Through Body to Soul Health and The CALM Method, she helps women, families, teams, and organizations understand the connection between food, digestion, hormones, metabolism, stress, and the nervous system — so they can create sustainable change from the inside out.
Her approach is evidence-based, deeply human, and rooted in the belief that the body is always communicating — and that healing begins when we learn how to listen.
Jennifer Nicole's work centers on the intersection of food, physiology, stress, hormones, digestion, metabolism, and the nervous system.
